Data we process

When a review is submitted, the site receives the name, optional city, rating and review text, and stores the consent time and this policy version. To protect the form from spam, the server briefly processes the request's network address and immediately converts it with a secret HMAC into an hourly pseudonymous key; the original address is not stored in the site database. Selected products are stored locally in the browser. A separate visitor choice controls Google Analytics and Google Ads storage used for analytics and advertising measurement.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to moderate and publish reviews, retain the combined enquiry, measure visits and enquiries, assess advertising performance and improve the service. Processing is based on the visitor's consent, given through the form checkbox or the measurement notice.

Transfer and storage

Reviews are published only after manual moderation; the consent time and version remain with the review until it is deleted. Hourly anti-spam keys stop being used after their window and are removed during subsequent cleanup. With consent, Google services use permitted storage for analytics and advertising measurement under their terms. Ad personalisation remains disabled. We do not sell personal data and limit access to reviews to the site owner.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of a published review, or withdraw consent. Email Alekper.rustamov.97@mail.ru. You can change measurement at any time with the “Privacy settings” button without deleting your saved enquiry.

Essential technologies

Browser local storage keeps the combined enquiry and the selected measurement setting. Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm security cookie to distinguish automated traffic and operate the site safely. Analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default and enabled only after consent; ad personalisation remains disabled.
